LocationOum El Bouaghi is located in the Northeastern side of Algeria in the high plateaus region, emerged under the administrative division in 1974 and it is 500 km away from the capital and 800 m high above sea level, it is bordered from the North by Constantine, and to the North-east by the states of Guelma and Souk Ahras , from the North-west by Mila, and from the South by bykhenchla.
